Office Policies

Regarding Returns, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Med Aesthetics Miami does not refund amounts paid for the purchase of products or services. Instead, we offer credits for any amounts pending that can be applied to future treatments or procedures.

Full payment for services is required before or at the time of your office visit.

Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour advance notice. If you fail to notify us within this time frame, a $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

A $59 booking fee is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward treatment received at the scheduled office visit.

Handling of Personal Data

At Med Aesthetics Miami, we may contact you via email and/or text messaging to remind you of upcoming appointments, gather feedback on your experience, and provide you with relevant information. By providing us with your contact details, you consent to receiving appointment reminders and other communications from us, including messages related to your health and services. This applies to all future communications unless you request otherwise.

Please note that while we do not charge for these messages, standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

Regarding Treatments

1. We cannot guarantee specific results from treatments. All procedures carry inherent risks, and satisfaction is not guaranteed. No refunds will be processed if the aesthetic outcome does not meet your expectations.
2. You acknowledge that you have been informed by the staff at Med Aesthetics Miami regarding the following:
   • The treatment or procedure you are undertaking.
   • Alternative treatments or methods available.
   • The risks involved with the proposed treatment.
   • All your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
3. Treatment expectations:
   • Please understand that no aesthetic treatment is permanent or definitive. All treatments involve a degree of variability in results.
   • While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee the use of specific equipment or techniques for every session. Occasionally, changes to the equipment may occur due to maintenance or upgrades aimed at improving the treatment.
   • We also cannot guarantee that the same techniques or staff will be available for every treatment session. Some changes in personnel or techniques may occur over time. However, rest assured that all procedures are carried out by skilled professionals dedicated to ensuring the best possible care.
